What is your return policy?
There is a return policy for customers having product issues; however, they must meet the following terms:
Return request must be raised within a period of 7 days from the delivery of the order.
Exceptional products such as for as lingerie items, Jewelry items and so on are not returnable. Kindly contact the customer service for a detailed description of returnable orders.
Additionally, If the product is damaged or lost, we do not accept the item to be eligible for a return. One can refer to various queries of returnable items by contacting customer service.
The items are meant to be unused and in their real condition with tags and packaging intact.
What if the delivery is late due to bad weather conditions?
A bad weather doesn't put the company as liable, so we don't consider the situation as apt.
What if the customer provides an inaccurate shipping address?
No return is provided due to inaccurate or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.
The product shouldn't be used and retain its original condition, tags, and packaging.
Every item to be returned and/or exchanged must be unused and should retain the original tags and packaging.
Can a customer return part of his/her order?
If the customer has bought multiple items at once he/she can return one or two items but it must be done before the order confirmation
Can a customer exchange a product?
After the order is complete the customer can exchange the product with another item that is similarly priced or they can exchange the product for an item that is lower in cost than the one purchased.
What if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product?
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they will have to provide with an acceptable reason for returning the product.
